Genetic variants - SNPs

Users have the possibility to explore a catalog of variants collected from multiple studies (table 2). The interface is powered by Gigwa and can support complex queries in the published datasets.

The screenshot below shows the list of available studies in the drow down menu.

For each study, we added metadata on analyzed individual that can be visualized on looking at a specific group and by clicking on the magnifying glass icon. On this interface, individual can be selected or filtered based on a number of criteria, mostly passport data or phenotype information; when available.
