Synteny Viewer
The BGH provides a way to compare the genome chromosomes two by two. One selected, all chromosomes are selected for the 2 chosen genomes by default.
Users interested in more than 2 comparisons should click on “All combination” and select “Multi Level Analysis” and select the expected number of tracks.
