Genome ancestry mosaics

Users interested in a particular individual can look at the mosaics tool to check the ancestral contributors. GeMo contains ancestry mosaics of preloaded individuals resulting from published studies conducted on Banana that can found using drop down menus.

Each color corresponds to a particular ancestral contributor, whose name is specified in the legend. The image can be customized, curated and exported.
