MusaCyc
Users interested in metabolic pathways in banana can visit the MusaCyc instance of the BGH that is powered by Pathway Tools. The system was computed with the latest releases of the Musa acuminata genome (v4).
Pathway Tools comprises a wide range of interfaces that can be a bit intimidating at start. The most common use will likely be to search for a gene or a pathway that can be accessed in the menu. List of pathways will be proposed by autocompletion by example.
More advanced users may want to use their own data from proteomics of metabolomics experiment and check the affected pathways. In such case, MusaCyc proposes a dedicated interface to upload its own datasets.
