This archive contained two elements:

• The vcf file used in the analysis: AllChr_AllAcc_filt.vcf
• A folder "FinalAdmixturePaintingAvMadu300New" containing for each studied accessions and for each chromosome, the heterozygosity, ancestral allele number and chromosome painting along chromosome. This information can be found in files named accession_chromosome_density.pdf In addition, files named All_acc_chromosome.pdf contained chromosome painting of all accessions for one chromosome.
