Species/Genome overview

Species/genomes pages are divided into several tabs:

• Summary - information about passport data of the plant sequenced, history of the project and partnerships. The same species can have multiple release of an assembly.
• Publication – Reference(s) of the datasets that should be cited if used.
• Analyses – type of computational analyses and software used (e.g., gene annotation)
• Statistics – basic statistics on the assembly (e.g., total size, N50, Busco scores, gene count)
• Related data – list of datasets linked to the given genome
