In this study, the nine species of Musa were collected from Plant Germplasm and Genomics Center, Kunming Institute of Botany, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and was approved by Kunming Institute of Botany and local policy. The complete chloroplast genome was further validated and calibrated by using de novo splicing script NOVOplsty 4.2 (Dierckxsens et al., 2017)
